- Procedures
- Please fill in all necessary items including the required number of booths, exhibit category and signature on the attached application form, and send it, together with your company information and product catalogs, to the Show Management Office at Nagoya International Trade Fair Commission by postal mail. Please retain a copy of the application for yourself.
- Receipt of application
- The date the application is received by the Show Management Office is considered the formal reception date. Upon receipt, the Show Management Office will send you an invoice for the required exhibit space, together with further detailed exhibitor information.
※An application sent by Fax will not be regarded as a formal application. - How to fill out the application
- The application shall be signed by a representative of the Exhibitor who has authority to decide on participation in this exhibition.
• Also, the name of the contact person who will communicate with the Show Management Office shall be specified. As all documents and information about this show will be provided to that person, please inform the Show Management Office about change of contact person, if any.
• If you request four or more booths, you can choose the booth arrangement from single- or double-row. However, please note that any request for your booth location in the exhibition hall will not be accepted.
• Please indicate the category of your product to be exhibited by putting a checkmark in the corresponding box in "Product Categories." Based on it, a floor plan and space allocation will be made, with all exhibits sorted into product categories.
• If you need water or air supply and/or discharge service, plan to carry in any dangerous article, or plan to use open flame in your booth, please put a checkmark in the corresponding box in "Facility Requirements."
